Tanya York Biography From the age of 19 when she produced her first film, Ms. York has amassed 20 years experience financing and producing 30 feature films (all profitable). She has distributed over 1,000 films via York Entertainment to major U.S, retailers including Wal-Mart, Blockbuster and Hollywood Video chains and currently releases 25-50 new films per year. Her International division has also licensed films in 47 countries to DVD, TV and New Media outlets. Born in Jamaica and raised in England, Tanya’s 20 years as an American citizen has all been spent in the Entertainment industry.
